Customer Service Portal

This portal is the gateway to profesional services for db4o's commercial users.

Customers are entitled to direct interaction with members of the db4o engineering and support team:

  • Depending on your level of support, you are entitled to access to engineering support (including free updates, upgrades, e-mail and web based support, stable releases) and all the features found in a standard software support package.
  • Further, our customers have the facilities to report and track issues independently of the standard community process.
  • If you are an enterprise support customer, this is where you will request a live pairing session via XtremeConnect.
  • This is also the place customers come to do quarterly or annual reporting of deployed licenses.
